Grow your own Shallots!
Plant in Jan, Feb or March in loose soil. Gently push them into soft, well-worked soil so that the tip is just showing and firm the soil around them. Water if the weather is dry and remove any flower spikes as soon as they are seen.

• Plant distance 10 inches
• Harvest in August/September

This is a living plant. Until planting please store product between 40 F and 50 F degrees. For best results, plant product directly after last frost!
