Grow your own delicious fruits!
Pick fresh, luscious berries from your own backyard. Blackberries are easy to grow, vigorous and very productive. The fruit is a delicacy to enjoy eating fresh or preserved.
Soil – Select a permanent location where plants receive at least 6 hours of sunshine daily. Spade soil and add organic matter or organic fertilizer.
Plant – Remove poly wrapper from plant. The lower tip of roots should be planted 10 inches deep. Allow 6 inches of top to show above the soil level. Space plants 24 inches apart. Give water frequently!
Important growing tips – Please plant immediately, if there is no danger of frost, or store in a very cool place until you can plant them outdoors.
